Refund policy
- Eligibility
- You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund, provided they are unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
- How to Return
- Contact us at kevin@dooleywool.ie to initiate a return. We’ll provide return instructions.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process the refund within same day. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
