From 11am (Irish time) on Friday 6 November 2026, we’ve had to pause all orders to the United States. We know this is disappointing, especially with Christmas around the corner, and we’re sorry to all our customers in the US who have supported us over the years.
Why we can’t ship to the US right now
The US has changed its import rules. Until recently, small parcels could enter the US without customs duty or extra paperwork. That exemption, known as “de minimis”, has now been removed, so every parcel needs full customs clearance and import duty, whatever its value.
Because of this, our courier, DPD Ireland, is suspending its delivery service to the US while it puts a new system in place. This affects many Irish and European businesses, not just us.
What about orders already placed?
Any US order placed before 11am on Friday 6 November will be dispatched as normal. If you have a question about your order, please get in touch.
What we’re doing about it
We’re looking at other ways to get our blankets, throws and woollens to you, including other delivery services. We want to be sure that when we start shipping again, your parcel arrives safely and without hassle. We’ll update this page as soon as US shipping is back.
